Yes. A customer can use Joyous ‘off the shelf’ and will have access to training and materials that will enable them to self-manage their own feedback program. Standard support including live chat, access to our help centre and basic onboarding are included for all options.

Are Joyous services included in the software costs?

For the full-service option there are set activities which are charged per campaign (or survey). There are also activities to ensure effective management and oversight of your feedback program. These activities and the associated costs are defined in a statement of work (SOW) and agreed up front as part of your contract with Joyous.

Can I request additional services?

Yes. You can request ad-hoc additional services as needed.

Can we cancel the services as we build our internal capability?

Yes. If your team is able to run the program effectively without requiring our services, then you can cancel or revise the full-service add-on. This must be done in accordance with your contract terms.
