Yes. Each Joyous AI feature and it's associated outputs can be reviewed, moderated and validated by a human.

Does Joyous AI store my data?

Customer data is stored in the cloud on the closest regional server to our customer. Joyous only stores customer data to perform the tasks to run a campaign.

Joyous does not train or fine-tune any of its AI models on customer data regardless of which option you purchase. Including third party AI sub-processor models.

Joyous does not pass any PII to any third party AI sub-processor and further masks any customer organisation identifiers.

We specifically have contractual agreements in place with our AI sub-processors that prohibit the use of Joyous customer data to train or fine-tune their models or store Joyous customer data - referred to as zero data retention. This means that Joyous data:

  • Will not be logged for human review.
  • Will not result in storage of data in the cloud.
  • Will not be saved or retained to disk.

The only storage for third party AI sub-processors will be temporarily in memory to perform the services requested by Joyous to perform the tasks for a campaign.
